Skeleton Horses has a big difference between bedrock and java :
Firstly the skeleton Horse in bedrock do not need a saddle to be ridden , in Java they need one .
Secondly the skeleton didn't be updated like Java so they don't burn in sunlight.
Finally I'm not sure but I think the bedrock skeleton Horse is so much rare than the Java one .
