Realm lag and chunk loading issues after 1.21.121

After updating to version 1.21.121, my Minecraft
Realm started having lag and chunk loading
problems.
Even with only one or two players, there is delay when breaking or placing blocks, and the world sometimes freezes for a second.
Before the update everything was smooth.
I also tested on different networks (Wi-Fi and
mobile data) and different server regions (UAE,
France, Netherlands), but the problem still happens Please fix this issue - it makes Realms hard to play on Bedrock.
