game lag/crash

Hello! since 2 weeks over, im constantly having massive fps drop on the game, where i usually played with 100 fps with vibrant visuals, now with it or with basic settings, my minecraft is using all my RAM Memory, using 25 to 30 gbs with low settings! and with it fps always on 10, just impossible to play, i always played the game by xbox launcher, its the same for over 1 year, and just now im having that issue, i really want some help to fix it, i just bought the game and it was really expensive and i cant even use it
