Issues with my Realm

We have been having issues connecting to my Realm for a few days now. People on PC, Phone, Playstation and Switch have all been having issues and I have not been able to save a backup of the Realm to see if starting a new one would fix the issue. I have uploaded a few photos of all the error messages people have been getting and also a screenshot of what happens when I try to download a back up of the realm. I don’t know what else I can do as I have tried everything that google/reddit tells me to do and I haven’t been able to find an answer on the Minecraft website either.
