Cross-platform multiplayer fails when add-on includes custom blocks with number-type arrays in block states

Steps to reproduce:

  1. On Windows, create a world with an add-on that includes a custom block using number-type arrays in its block states (Attachment 1).

  2. Start the world and open it to LAN or invite friends.

  3. Try joining from an Android device.

Expected results:
Android players should be able to join the world and play normally.

Observed results:
The Android player is disconnected with the error code β€œBoat” (Attachment 2).
If the add-on contains custom blocks using other array types, the Android player can join normally (Attachment 3–6).
