High memory usage and stutterings.

Im playing in my computer w a R5 5600G and its integrated gpu, and i got 16gb of ram. when it stutters, i open my task manager and i notice that it is using 8-11 gb of my 13.9gb of total usable memory out of my 16gb of ram. All my graphics drivers are up to date, background processes ar very minimal, and my windows updates are also up to date. Tried to repair it via settings, tried to clear cache folder (there wasnt anything in the folder) and even re installed it multiples times and downloaded it in different drives still doesnt resolve the issue. I hope you can look forward to this matter as there are also many youtubers dealing with this memory leak and unplayable lag. Thank you.
