Unable to use a single mouse button for mining/attacking, placing/using items, and dragging items in inventory

I used to use a single mouse button, the right click, for both mining/attacking and placing/using items (and dragging things into my inventory). Now, I am forced to use a different mouse button for each of the two options, or I can't use both functions with one button.
