Freezing for 5 sec and Stuttering

Before the last hotfix, my game worked fine. Now after about 1 minute of gameplay, it freezes for about 5 seconds then resumes. ( Buffering memory? ) The screen is very jittery also, not as smooth as before as with 1.21.122,.
