Chat not working properly(may be an issue with Russian symbols, although the problem persists when I type in English) since the last update

When opening the chat, the focus indicator isn’t on the chat input, requiring you to press the up/down arrow to focus it.

When pressing the up arrow to get a previous message, the focus indicator appears at the start of the line instead of at its end.

Sending previous messages doesn’t work properly: if you type something, press the up arrow and click enter, what you typed will be sent, instead of the previous message; if you press the up arrow multiple times without typing anything and click enter, the previous message will be sent - always the last one, instead of the one you actually selected.

This makes using the chat really annoying.
