doesnt load in fully, crashes after i try to load a realm, marketplace loads longer and shows an error, game crashes

this started to happen recently, firstly to load the game fully i have to go to the marketplace and wait til it loads (it shows an error sign and then after like 20s it loads) i exit it, the screen is now fully loaded, i try to go to the realm and press play but it doesnt load, game crashes.
