Underwater Rendering on Block Surfaces that are Not Underwater (Vibrant Visuals Only)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Ensure that Vibrant Visuals is on. The bug occurs only in Vibrant Visuals.

  2. Build a tower of any height, as long as it is taller than the player.

  3. Use a Water Bucket on the top of the tower.

  4. Look through the water draining down WITHOUT submerging your head into the water. Just stand/fly outside of it!

Expected Result & Actual Result

What is expected is that the top of the water blocks would appear as they normally do when you look through water without Vibrant Visuals.

However, the surfaces of the blocks have the affect of blocks that are submerged into water, even though they are not. A bug like this has been reported before, but the previously reported bug was only when you were submerged into the water; not just like this one, in which you must only be looking through it without being in the water.
