I have 4080ti super and my computer is 2.5-3k. earlier updates I could play on max setting but this latest setting my gpu usages is only 10% some times and causes it to stutter from 10fps to 40fps making it unplayable. I tried lowering the settings and the same issue happen. some how its gets better if I have 2 games running at the same time, like league and minecraft, but its still really bad.
