Vibrant Visuals, white reflections under blocks?

There’s these weird white reflections underneath blocks, I’ve tried multiple fixes such as reinstalling, disabling texture packs, and messing with vv settings (which breaks things further to the point where water will all be white on no reflection quality or have zero reflections at ultra quality.) For context in the image I have a bridge above where the white is.
