[MCPE-232067] Loading into a world makes the world be covered in a black circle and makes some block/items invisible in inventory (affects mods as well)

When I load into a world it will sometimes make the world have a black circle and make a lot of items in the inventory invisible or have the texture messed up, sometimes restarting app works but also sometimes it doesn't and it just stays like that, it affects some modes items and even does it when I dont have any texture packs or mods on anything, I'm not 100% sure this is a bug, but it has happened a lot especially at the time of me doing this so it makes me feel like it is.

It's also happened on earlier versions but mostly has been happening a lot recently.

I think you need to remove the mods , sometimes mods make the world like this if you use higher version mod of shader mods of new blocks mods or some mods like morph will do this

Which specific add-ons / mods are you using (name and creator), and does the issue still occur if those are removed?

It's not the mods because it will do it when I have nothing activated, I can have zero texture packs on and it will still do that, and it does it with everything, from the marketplace and from curse forge, it just does it constantly on and off.
