Villagers change trades if their profession block is destroyed and put back.

If a villager doesn't trade with him at all and you destroy his worker block and then put him back so that he returns to his profession, the trading interface will change. To be honest, this bug (or glitch) is very useful, but it will be a shame if you fix it.
