Everytime I record (lowest or highest settings) my game feezes and just stops working not even if I post the recording for a moment it still freezes tho I can record but only if I don't have my game mic recording on but still I can't record with ingame voice record which is the problem

When I record (on the lowest settings) my game just freezes and stops working this didn't happen before until the updates came I'm not the only one that has this problem.
