Mouse Cursor moves slowly across the screen when pausing/unpausing and opening any sort of interface

The mouse cursor moves slowly across the screen whenever you pause/unpause the game and also opening any sort of interface for example the inventory, opening blocks such as crafting table, furnace etc. This still happened even after unplugging the mouse from the PC which i show at the end of the video.
