[MCPE-232403] Wind charge only raises player one block when wearing Netherite armor.

I just netherite armor and now my wind charge only gets me one block up but without netherite armor I get pushed in the sky very high so I don’t know why I can’t use a wind charge with netherite so this is a bug I think
