Online services not working

Realms and Marketplace not loading on playstation. Have tried all trouble shooting processes. Including: Reinstalling game, restoring license, clearing cache, signing out and back in, restarting game, restarting system, restarting wifi. Temporary fix seems to be connecting to hot spot on phone, but does not solve issue overall. Marketplace and Realms seem to work properly on phone, switch, and computer.
