Both players and mobs take too much knockback when a player is sprinting while spam hitting. What should happen is they should take standard knockback, even when clicking very fast. However what happens is they take too much knockback, also this issue occurs with the knockback 1 and 2 enchantments. (Keep in mind that this issue only occurs while sprinting, and clicking very fast, doesnt include other attacks). Overall this bug kind of ruins PVP/PVE and gives you the advantage of knocking your opponents far far away, letting you flee when you preform this somewhat exploit.
This first clip below shows how much knockback is dealt when sprinting while clicking at a moderate pace.
(This should be the amount of knockback dealt even when clicking very fast).
This second clip below shows the actual Issue of too much knockback being dealt when sprinting while clicking very fast. (You can just keep doing this over and over agian, as long as the player/mob is in reach).
