Game starts normal. After a day, I craft things but it appears on the ground and I can't get it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. The game starts normal.
2. When I craft, the things go to my inventory which is normal
3. After several hours, things start to go wrong.
4. I craft things and I can't collect it.
5. I killed a creeper but I couldn't collect gunpowder
