Villager wont path find to bed

I build new houses for my villagers. They are assigned to their beds and work stations properly. The thing is, they can't find out where their bed is or how to get to it. They just stand outside the house where the bed is placed but won't go through the doors to actually go to bed.

In the photo, the bed is on the far left wall, but the villager doesn't know where the door is. I think he's trying to get to the lectern
