Look on top of trees or other leaves.
See mobs spawning there.
Expected Result:
Leaf blocks are non-spawnable.
Actual Result:
Mobs are spawning on leaf blocks.

I have not been recording myself playing the times that I’ve seen it happen before. I recorded this today. It seems like they are spawning with their head inside the leaves rather than on top of them.
We're tracking this issue at MCPE-47846, so I will resolve this report as a duplicate.
