What is Happening To Hnad animation?!

Around 40 Minutes Ago. I made a Minecraft world with the Dinosaur Era 2.2 Add-on, the seed is 6932452285395480912.. It's Known for A very Good starting Seed, After that I found a Copper Spear in a Blacksmith but awhile later when i was Stealing hay bales I noticed something unusual, the hand Animations didn't play, I tried with different items the animations did played but when I try with hand, the hand animation never plays, I deleted the world and opened A new world but same thing was happening, this might also be because of my global packs, https://mcpedl.com/foxyfall-fps-client … https://mcpedl.com/star-fps-counter
