"Mobile menu size" in "Touch" settings is missing, causing button sizes to be reset

When setting control mode in 1.21.130, you can’t adjust buttons' size to fit in your previous routine, because it’s replaced by “Top button size“, which can only change the top buttons rather than moving, sneaking and jumping ones.

●Steps to reproduce:

1. Open settings menu and turn to the “Touch“ column.

2. Scroll down and look for “Mobile menu size“.

●Expected result: It’s right there and you just change your buttons' size freely.

●Actual Result: It’s missing, while “Top button size“ took its place.

Even if I try to change it, it doesn't change.

Hi!
Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Working As Intended.

The report you have submitted is working as intended: Touch Controls: There is now an option to increase the size of the top row of buttons in the HUD and Customizable controls are now always on.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, Redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
