Other accounts attempting to join Splitscreen lose all items and are in wrong skin.

My friends are trying to join my world on split screen using their microsoft accounts. When they join they are not in their normal skins, have not items, and are at spawn. One of my friends' (friend 1) accounts somehow did accidently join correctly, but my other friends (friend 2) was not able to join. However, now when friend 2 joins he loads into friend 1s body. Friend 1 now is at spawn again with nothing.
