Custom skins are cleared on relaunch

Custom skins imported via an image are cleared from the dressing room after the game is relaunched.

How to reproduce:

Create a custom skin image

Open the dressing room and import it as a classic skin

Enter then exit a world

Close and relaunch minecraft.

If it does not clear the first time, try again but open the world right after launching.

Observed Result:

The custom skin is removed and replaced with one of the default skins.

Expected result:

 The custom skin should stay in the dressing room forever or until you manually remove it
