Won't load ANY world with add ons

I was trying to create a new world but I kept coming across the same error message, I have a world that has 14 add on active and would work just fine as I figured out that was the most my Xbox could handle before it would crash the game. When I had updated the Minecraft, I tried to to create a new world and added 16 add ons which as expected wouldn't load and gave me the error message of “block”, so I took 2 off and tested with the same add ons I had on another world, I got the same message and it didn't even load the world, so I tried getting rid of an add on and replacing some of the add ons, same thing, I have never had this issue in the previous update of Minecraft, all the add ons I currently have would always work with every other add on I have.
