Bee Issue

Hello, I'm sending this report due to the bees in my Minecraft realm are being hostile when I shear the bee hives even though I have a campfire underneath the beehive it currently has 2 one whole block and a half block space between the campfire and the beehive I have tried moving the beehive closer and farther from the campfire and I'm still getting stung from the bees thank you for your time.
