Realm+ Not working

Hello! My name is Victoria, my Problem is that I have bought now realm+ twice the last 2 Hours but still don’t have realm+ on my switch, I can send Screenshot or a Picture to Show that in my nitendo Store that there Stands that I have bought it, the Problem is that it took me 16€ and I can’t get them back or get my realm+, I already tried to log out and in, to restart my Switch and more and I don’t know what to do now
