Why the hell do i have need to use a god damn internet/network just to put a custom skin?

Where the hell is the old version where you can just slap what ever skin you put without needing to wait or needing a stupid internet/network to put a custom god damn skin and also remove this dumb marketplace out here bruh that crap is useless if i only want a custom skin that I have pre made
