The new zombie horse cape doesn’t seem to be obtainable, since I have already completed the challenge to obtain it and multiple times at that, but it is still yet to arrive. The reason why this is so concerning is because the exact same thing happened with the previous cape – copper cape. Many people didn’t get the copper cape, even though they have completed the challenge and on time, and now, we’re dealing with the same issue, since mojang never learn. This method of distributing capes is extremely unreliable and many people are bound to be left with no cape and be upset by that. So have some competence for once, and give us either an exclusive event server or a twitch redeem code, before it’s too late.

Your solution is not legitimate, since many people, that didn’t get their copper capes, did indeed contact mojang support and they didn’t help them at all. I demand this report to be opened again!
You should receive the cape approximately 30 days after the promotion end date. See https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/41416317734797 for more information.
If after 30 days you do not receive the cape, contact Mojang Support.
