When I join a realm my global resources don’t load anymore and after checking the settings they aren’t even turned on. I noticed however this only occured when joining the new “mob maze” server.

Steps to reproduce issue:
Have some global resource packs turned and join the new “mob maze” server.
Go around for a bit, letting everything load.
Leave the server and now join a realm.
Expected Result:
The Global Resources appear as normal and are applied properly.
Actual Result:
Global Resources turn off when joining the realm and only the required resource packs put by the realm owner are visible.
This is because the Realm has the "Require players to download optional resource packs to join" option enabled. This is working as intended per MCPE-136868.
