Can't load personal profile

After the game’s recent update, when I reopened Minecraft Bedrock, I found that not only were all of my local game saves gone (which is not a big issue for me), but the game was also unable to read my player profile. When I opened my profile, I noticed that all of my earned achievements had disappeared: all the values were reset to zero, and the achievements cannot be re-earned. However, the cosmetic items unlocked through achievements are still available and usable.

When I checked my Xbox profile, the Android version shows my achievements correctly, while the Windows version still shows the achievement count as zero.
