I noticed on a realm after coming back from the Nether some Mobs would disappeare example: horses and sheep.

We just saw this issue as well.
MS hosted Realm
Android MCPE (1.1.3)
both Amazon Fire Tab 7 and Samsung Galaxy Tab A
Brand-new nether portal created by our main homestead. We went into the nether portal - stayed about 2 minutes - then came back.
All sheep, cows, chickens, pigs, and horses had despawned from our pens and pits. This included armored & saddled horses.
We also lost all paintings inside our house.
Definitely a large bug that needs to be fixed.
