pistons will ignore one redstone-tick delays and activate as if there is none. in the attached video, the pistons activate at the same time, despite one having a tick of delay. It's possible to see the piston moving before the redstone dust connected to it activates. when there is a block in between the pistons, the piston on the right should always activate first, but because they activate at the same time, it is decided randomly. This worked on both on the xbox version of bedrock and the windows version in my testing.
