After opening the game, attempts to fullscreen the game using F11 result in a white screen covering the entire display. After attempting to use the fullscreen option in the “Video” section of the in-game settings, the blank white screen had the addition of flashing black lines, both horizontal and vertical. Attempting to screenshot the game during this glitch (using Windows snip & sketch, Windows + shift + S) resulted in the screen going away, and attempts to fullscreen after attempting the screenshot behaved as normal.
