[MCPE-234243] When starting Minecraft for windows in fullscreen mode the resolution is wrong and the bottom inch or so is cut off.

If you quit the game in full screen mode, it will chop off the bottom inch or so of the picture when you restart the game.

The expected result is that it display the screen properly without cropping off the bottom of the picture.

The actual result is that the picture is cropped and you can't see the Minecraft version in the main screen or the hot bar in game.

Tried searching for it but the bug reporting website is kinda buggy itself and returned no results. I’m glad the issue is already being looked into though.
