[MCPE-234274] Entering nether portal on bedrock edition causes crash to desktop

Reproduce conditions: Entering any nether portal when in a normal bedrock infinite world, winding river template, created prior to v1.21.

Expected result: should teleport player to the nether

Actual result: total game crash to xbox desktop
