dodaylightcycle gamerule false and time set noon modifies daylock

Setting the “dodaylightcycle” gamerule to false and then setting time to “noon” causes daylock to turn on.

To reproduce:

  1. make sure daylock/always day setting is turned off

    1. (time set command works as intended at this point)

  2. set the “dodaylightcycle” gamerule to false (/gamerule dodaylightcycle false)

    1. (time set command still works for all other times like midnight, day or sunset)

  3. set the time to noon (/time set noon)

  4. when trying to set time, a message shows now up that daylock/always day is turned on, and nothing happens

  5. daylock/always day is turned on in the settings.

Additionally, the two settings (daylock and dodaylightcycle) affect eachother: if one is turned off, the other turns on. It should be possible to set both to off to stop the daylight cycle but not lock it to noon (so it can be set to always be midnight).
