Options to prioritize visual effects vs performance no longer appear

Previously, when I enabled vibrant visuals, I had the option to prioritize performance or prioritize visual effects, which helped me make block textures shine like If the plastic were exposed to sunlight, what I've noticed since the official launch of "Chase the Skies" is that the options to prioritize visual effects or performance no longer appear. As a result, the block textures no longer glow in sunlight. I would love for this bug to be fixed, as this glow is a wonderful reason to activate the Vibrant visuals are essential, and without this feature, I'm discouraged from using them. Please, I hope for a solution to this interface error.

Please attach a screenshot of the Graphics Mode dropdown menu when Vibrant Visuals is enabled.

It won't let me; I get an "insufficient memory" message. Could you insert a link to a video where this error occurs?

Sorry, I misspoke. What I meant to say was if I could insert a link to YouTube or some other site to show the error, since it won't let me post an image here.
