data loss

So like I don’t know for certain if this is on multiple platforms, but it happened to me and I don’t know why so like I got on Minecraft once this is mobile because I don’t have it on any other devices unless my PS4 and my PS5 so like all of my data was gone when I logged in all of it I had nothing I only had the skins that I made that weren’t classic ones so yea I had absolutely no worlds no servers which I was on a few of them and everything that I own on the marketplace gone and I spent mine coins on some of those so I don’t really know how I can get it all back and I’m honestly too lazy to care but I kinda do need that stuff back so I don’t know lowk
