When using bonemeal underwater, it will produce underwater plants including seagrass. There is a bug that will make the top of the tall seagrass block possibly not stick together or automatically break. When on top of regular Seagrass or even coral, And the way to get rid of it is by placing or destroying nearby blocks or just destroy it directly.
How to Produce :
Get bonemeal
Look for waters at least 2 blocks deep And it must be bigger than 5×5 (recommended to do it at sea)
Use bonemeal by Put it in gravel sand or dirt
Then, some seagrass talls will appear which are not generated normally, meaning only the top part will appear as in the photo.
We're tracking this issue at MCPE-224063, so I will resolve and link this report as a duplicate.
