I have this issue on Honor 400 with Android 16 / MagicOS 10. Since I updated to Android 16 the Vibrant Visuals leaves me with a black screen as in the image and apart there are texture errors in some of the game. Preview version also fails. I tried to look for many solutions and did not find it. (Also using developer options on my cellphone)
