Get "chunks still loading, may encounter mild performance issues"

i have not touched my original survival due to world chunks are having issues loading in and staying loaded in, which gives me a message saying “chunks still loading, may encounter mild performance issues” i have made another world with the same seed and both are having this issue which makes both survival worlds unplayable please fix this issue, also im using addons as well
