In version 1.21.100, players with slow or unstable internet connections were still able to join LAN multiplayer worlds, although the connection might take longer to establish. This allowed users with varying network speeds to play together without being excluded. In the latest version (1.21.101+), players with slower internet are no longer able to join LAN worlds at all. This change significantly impacts accessibility, especially for players in regions with limited or unstable internet connectivity.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use a slow or unstable internet connection.

2. Attempt to join a friend’s LAN multiplayer world in version 1.21.101 or later.

3. Observe that the connection fails or times out.

Expected Behavior:

Players should still be able to join LAN worlds even if their internet connection is slow, similar to the behavior in version 1.21.100. Joining may take slightly longer, but it should not fail completely.

Actual Behavior:

Players with slow or unstable internet are completely unable to join LAN worlds, receiving connection errors or timeouts.
