1: Join any server
2: Wait for the text message to show up.

You see text flash like “Appearance is taking a long time to load. Proceeding with world generation…”
What should happen
These text messages shouldn't show in the first place
It also says Appearance is taking a long time to load. Proceeding with world generation… But it only flashes that message for maybe 0.2seconds and in between loading resources and loading…
