Friends list (in world and in play) isn't syncing with profile's friend list

How to get the same result

1. add a few friends in any menu (doesn't matter if it’s on profile or if your in a world)

2. press play and looked at the social button and you will see that the new friends that you added are not there. (doesn’t have to be multiply friends)

What I observed

I saw that the amount of friends in profile isn’t synced with the amount of friends in social.

What should happen

All places where you can see your friends should be synced.

This bug also happens on beta 26.0.27 on chromeos
