This is one of the large number of reports. This is extremely unacceptable.
People pay extra for this service and it is absurd that it has been unavailable for over 24 hours with no information on if the issue is being worked on to be resolved.
You are multi billion dollar company and this should be an issue that your customers and fanbase should not struggle with at the budget you have.
