Baby wolves and cat already spawn with a collar and cannot be tamed but their collar can be dyed

When spawning baby wolves or kittens, they spawn with a collar and cannot be tamed but their collar can be dyed and they have the same behaviour as any tamed wolf or cat but except they don't follow or teleport to the player.
